Dean Gina Browne has over 20 years experience administering higher ed financial aid programs. Gina joined the Chancellor’s Office team in December of 2018 and currently supports a variety of areas in the Educational Services and Support division with a focus on financial aid, basic needs and equity programs.

Prior to joining the Chancellor’s Office, she was with the California Student Aid Commission managing the Cash for College and Chafee Grant programs. Prior to that she was the Financial Aid Coordinator at Evergreen Valley College for 10 years.

Anafe Robinson is the Director of Financial Aid, Scholarships, Veterans and Foster Youth Programs at LA Pierce College and has over 30 years of financial aid experience. Anafe holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Technology Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is currently the president of the California Community College of Student Financial Aid Administrators Association (CCCSFAAA).

Anafe has the honor of being one of the select few to hold the title of Certified Financial Aid Administrator in the U.S. and also is credentialed in several National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA U) topics.

Shawn Domingo is the Director of Financial Aid at Ohlone College in Fremont CA.

He has been in financial aid for 18 years and has worked for various types of Institutions, from Proprietary 2 year, to 4-year public, 4-year Private and Community College.
