1st Annual San Jose Education Forum

On April 26, 2024, the Northern California College Coalition hosted its first annual San José Education Forum.

SAN JOSE, Calif., April 26, 2024 

This all-day in-person event at San José City College offered education leaders and practitioners with a convening dedicated to advancing education equity and access in the city of San José.

The objective of the San José Education Forum was to spotlight education equity opportunities that impact San José and explore collaborative solutions.

There were plenaries during the Welcome and Lunch, and 14 Breakout Sessions organized in three (3) tracks:

  • Development of pathways (including dual enrollment), 
  • Effective student and family engagement, and
  • Improving college affordability and financial aid access.

We thank approximately 160 people for attending the event!
