The Speaker
Nadja Jepsen has worked in the college access and persistence field for a decade with eight of those years focused on scholarships and college affordability. Nadja currently runs the scholarship program at College Track, a national education nonprofit organization that supports first generation and low income students to and through college. She is an active member and regular presenter for the National Scholarship Providers Association and is an Advocate Member for the Northern California College Promise Coalition. A personal and career highlight was supporting the passing of AB-288 The California Ban on Scholarship Displacement in 2022, and she regularly presents and writes about scholarship displacement.
Nadja grew up in the Bay Area and was a scholarship recipient herself, making her passionate about educating students, families and educators about scholarship displacement and supporting them with practices to mitigate it.
