The Speakers
Specialist Billy Wagner has 10 years of experience working in higher education. Billy joined the Chancellor’s Office team in December 2021 and has worked in a variety of areas in the Educational Services and Support division with a focus on financial aid, Campus Safety, and LGBTQ+ student programs.
Prior to joining the Chancellor’s Office, he was with the California Student Aid Commission managing the Cash 4 College Program, managing the student support unit, designing the Grant Delivery System, training financial aid stakeholders throughout the state, and analyzing state financial aid legislation for impact to existing programs. Prior to that, he was the supervisor for student-residential life programming at CSU Sacramento for 3 years.
Shawn Domingo is the Director of Financial Aid at Ohlone College in Fremont CA.He has been in financial aid for 18 years and has worked for various types of Institutions, from Proprietary 2 year, to 4-year public, 4-year Private and Community College.
