San José Aspires (SJ Aspires)

San José Aspires (SJ Aspires)

San José Aspires, a founding Steering Committee member of the NCCPC along with the City of San José, is a program designed for first generation college going students at select schools in San José. Students in the program receive micro-scholarships, known as scholar dollars, as they complete different tasks connected to college and career readiness which they can claim as real dollars once they graduate from high school to pursue their post-secondary educational goals.
